So is this product dead?

  • The website is down, social media is silent, no communication from customer service in ages but no official "this service is closed"message. Will our devices still work once the servers are taken down completely?

  • I agree. How can they abandon a product that cost us $399!? This is not fair. The site is in Chinese now too? weird...all of it
